Q: How is your real estate investing different from a traditional real estate company?
A: Good question. We target and purchase properties that homeowners need of sell. They could be in foreclosure, have a property in an estate (probate), vacant house, tired landlords or simply just need to move on. Although my partners do have their real estate license, we’re not representing the owner as an agent. Once we buy a property, we then remodel it or turn around and sell it to another investor who will fix it up.
Q: If the properties are discounted so much, why wouldn’t you keep the best deals for yourself?
A: The quick answer is that we buy these houses at such deep discounts that we are able to pass these savings along to you. You’ll find investment properties on this site discounted 20-50% because of our proprietary marketing systems that get in touch with home owners who are needing to sell their property, often times they may be in foreclosure and our company can help them out by buying their house quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Plus we buy at foreclosure auctions and from banks as well.
Q: What is the difference between a property listed on the MLS from the ones listed on this site?
A: Real estate agents list homes on the MLS or “Multiple Listing Service” in order to get top dollar for their clients.
